Hadley House Publishing: Info for Artists

Artists are welcome to submit images for publishing consideration. Please follow the guidelines below for your submission.

You may submit via e-mail or through the mail. In your e-mail or cover letter, be sure to include the following:

Name
Address
Daytime phone number
E-mail Address
Painting style (realism, impressionism, abstract, etc.)
Medium used
Subject(s)
Information on your career in art - education, awards, galleries that carry your work, etc. You may wish to include your resume.
File access: Do you have electronic tiff files saved at 300 dpi at the original painting size or transparencies for each of your images? Are your images available for licensing (OK to use on cards, tins, puzzles etc.) and publishing (OK to be reproduced as giclees lithographs)?

Please include a variety of images that best represent your work, but only include images that are complete and available (not under any other contract or obligation.)

If submitting by e-mail:
Attach jpeg files of your images. Do not send more than 5 MB in total file size. Send your e-mail to: burkes@hadleyco.com

If submitting by mail:
DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS OR ANYTHING THAT MUST BE RETURNED
We prefer low res digital files submitted on a non-returnable CD-ROM. You may also submit non-returnable printed brochures, color prints or even old slides. Please only send materials that do not need to be returned.
