New 2007 Price Changes

Dear Hadley House Customer:
Our goal is to build a strategic partnership with each of our customers. We expect these partnerships will be mutually beneficial and will result in long term relationships. To that end, we have gone through a process of assessing our sales and marketing policies and have reached the following conclusions.
First, as you should know by now, we have raised prices on a number of our limited and open edition lithograph products. In response to concerns raised as a result of these changes, we have adjusted certain of those prices. Most importantly, we have made the decision that all customers who maintain Preferred Status throughout 2007 and increase their business with Hadley over 2006 by the greater of $1000 or 30% will not only be rebated 10% of their paper purchases BUT will also receive an additional 5% rebate for all year over year incremental canvas and framed product purchases. We want to support those customers mutually growing their business with us!!
Second, in the face of increasing administrative costs incurred in processing small accounts and in support of our goal of providing more attention to our key customers, we have made the decision to raise the minimum purchase threshold for preferred status from $1000 to $2000, effective immediately. Preferred status will be determined each calendar quarter based on minimum purchases totaling $500. Along with this, Preferred Dealers will now have a minimum order charge of $10 on phone orders under $100. However, Preferred Dealers will not have any website order fees. Non-Preferred dealers will have the following minimum order charges:

Again, due to administrative and processing costs, Hadley House will be adding a fee for the greater of $25 or 5% of initial order to all cancelled orders.
Finally, for those customers who enjoy Preferred status, we will no longer accept credit cards as a means of payment other than automatic charges at the time of shipment. Any amounts on an open account must be paid by check, wire transfer or the equivalent.
