Growing up in Wisconsin, Linda Daniels discovered the
peacefulness and beauty of the outdoors. But it wasnt until she left her 28 year
career in advertising and moved to the rugged hills of eastern Oklahoma that she realized
her talent for art.
With no formal training, Daniels started her career as a
watercolorist. As her abilities and artistic knowledge progressed, she began incorporating
acrylics into her work. In 1989, she published her first limited edition print after
taking orders from a pencil sketch in the window of a local frame shop.
Daniels has received numerous honors including, 1996
Artist of the Year by the Timberwolf Alliance.
